1) Sign up for an automatic payment withdrawal from your checking or savings account. Fill out this authorization form and attach a voided check for an ACH withdrawal or complete the information for a credit card withdrawal. Please mail to the City of Sundance, 213 E. 2) By credit/debit card or EFT; Click Payment Site menu link on the left to sign into the online payment system. You will be able to make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments.
